Water and sewer services are set up through the property and charged through your online portal. Electric service is set up with Duke Energy, and internet and cable is set up with Altafiber.

You can use Altafiber for internet and cable services.

You may have guests; however, they are not authorized to use on-site parking.

No, subletting is not allowed.

If you break your lease, there is an upfront buyout fee equal to two months of your current rent, plus a 60-day notice requirement. Rent will continue to be collected normally during the 60-day notice period.

We currently offer lease terms from 10 to 18 months.

No, we do not offer corporate leases.

Amenities

Property amenities include outdoor security cameras, controlled access, and Energy Star french door refrigerators.

Yes, parking is available.

No, washer and dryer hookups are not available in the units.

Standard appliances include a dishwasher, refrigerator, convection oven and microwave, and a two-burner stovetop.

No, we do not offer furnished apartments.

No, packages cannot be held at the leasing office as it is off-site.

Pet Policy

Yes, we are a pet-friendly community.

We require a $150 pet deposit, a $150 pet fee, and $35 per month per pet.

Yes, there are weight and breed restrictions on pets.

Yes, there is a pet park available.

Location

Yes, there is public transportation within close proximity of the buildings.

The community is near Precinct, Mt. Lookout Square, and Ault Park.

Cincinnati Public Schools.

The nearest dog park is Wasson Way.

Yes, the Lunken Airport Trail is nearby.

Residents can shop at boutiques in Mt. Lookout Square.

The nearest coffee shop is Lookout Joe, which is a five-minute walk from the property.

Maintenance

We clean or replace carpets, perform a deep clean, and complete a maintenance check before you move in.

Submit a maintenance request through the online portal or contact the office.

Maintenance work orders are acknowledged within 48 business hours and completed in order of priority.

No, you do not need to be present for a service technician to perform work.

If you are locked out of the building after hours, you may call the emergency maintenance line. The on-call technician will allow you access once you provide valid ID with the building's address.

Yes, as long as all holes are filled and walls can be completely covered with one coat of white paint at the time of move-out.
